Our Story
The journey of Reloaded Controllers started with the search for the perfect pro PS5 controller. Dissatisfied with the compromises in functionality, customization, and adjustability available on the market, we embarked on a mission to mod our own. This evolved into a commitment to addressing the built-in fail points in standard controllers, particularly the issue of stick drift caused by potentiometers. By incorporating Hall Effect sensors, which use a magnetic field to prevent failure, we ensure our controllers are not only customized to your exact specifications but also built to last. We take old controllers and turn them into custom masterpieces.

Reloaded Controllers is run by my wife and I. As a small family business, I handle all the upgrades, and my wife manages the administrative work. As lifelong gamers who've experienced the frustration of broken controllers, we're passionate about giving new life to discarded controllers and creating custom masterpieces tailored to your needs.
Our Vision
Our ultimate vision for Reloaded Controllers is to make a significant impact on electronic waste. We hope to inspire people to consider repairing and upgrading their existing devices instead of constantly buying new ones. Ultimately, we would love to transition to doing this full time and expand our team.
